By accessing or using our website and services, you confirm that you meet the legal requirements and agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

- Cannabis is legal for adult use in Vermont but remains illegal under federal law.
- Juana’s Garden only serves customers who are 21+ years old with valid ID.
- All purchases are for personal use only; resale or distribution is strictly prohibited.
2. Eligibility & Legal Compliance
2.1. Age & Residency Restrictions
To purchase cannabis products from Juana’s Garden, you must:
✅ Be at least 21 years old (valid government-issued ID required).
✅ Be purchasing cannabis within Vermont state laws.
✅ Not be purchasing for resale, redistribution, or illegal use.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.
2.2. Federal Law Disclosure
Cannabis is classified as a Schedule I substance under the U.S. Controlled Substances Act (CSA). By purchasing from us, you acknowledge:
🚫 You will not transport cannabis across state lines (interstate commerce is illegal).
🚫 You assume full responsibility for complying with Vermont state laws.
3. Purchases & Payments
3.1. Payment Methods
We accept cash and debit cards for in-store purchases. Due to federal banking restrictions, credit cards are not accepted for cannabis transactions.
💡 Online orders must be picked up in-store—we do not ship cannabis products.
3.2. Order Limits (per Vermont law)
Vermont state law limits adult-use cannabis purchases to:
- Up to 1 ounce (28 grams) of cannabis flower per transaction
- Or its equivalent in other cannabis products (e.g., edibles, concentrates)
We strictly enforce these limits and may refuse transactions that exceed legal thresholds.
3.3. Refunds & Returns
🚫 All cannabis sales are final. Due to Vermont cannabis regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cannabis products, except for defective items.
If you experience a defective product issue, contact info@juanasgarden.net within 48 hours of purchase for assistance.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Use our Site or services for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to purchase cannabis on behalf of a minor.
- Resell or distribute any cannabis products.
- Transport cannabis outside of Vermont (this is a federal crime).
- Drive under the influence of cannabis (strictly prohibited by Vermont DUI laws).
- Tamper with or misuse any cannabis packaging or labeling.
🚨 Violation of these rules may result in account termination and legal consequences.
5. Delivery & Shipping Restrictions
🚫 Juana’s Garden does NOT deliver or ship cannabis products.
All cannabis orders must be:
✅ Placed online for in-store pickup.
✅ Picked up by the individual who placed the order (ID required).
✅ Collected during business hours at our Vermont dispensary.
⚠ Cannabis products cannot be mailed or shipped per federal law.
6. Dispensary Policies
6.1. Responsible Use
By purchasing from us, you agree to:
✔ Consume responsibly and in accordance with Vermont state law.
✔ Keep all cannabis products out of reach of children and pets.
✔ Store cannabis securely to prevent unauthorized access.
6.2. No On-Site Consumption
Vermont law prohibits cannabis consumption on dispensary premises.

6.3. ID Verification & Compliance
We strictly enforce ID verification. Our staff will:
